Last Shipping Dates – UPDATED
We are seeing considerable disruption in the courier network. All couriers are bringing forward their last collection dates and some have stopped taking parcels entirely for specific postcode areas. As a result we have brought forward our last shipping date from 20th December to 16th December.
All items on our website will show you an estimated dispatch date. If this is after the 16th December we will not be able to get items to you in time for Christmas.
Royal Mail Strikes
Royal Mail are holding a series of strikes in the run up to Christmas. On most accessories you will be offered a choice of shipping including Royal Mail or DPD. If you need items for Christmas we strongly recommend picking DPD.
Click & Collect
If you need items in time for Christmas the most reliable method will now be to collect from one of our stores.
The dispatch dates shown on our website are for sending out from our warehouse. It may be quicker to click and collect from your local store.
Store Opening Times
All Cycles UK stores will be closed on 25th, 26th and 27th December and on 1st and 2nd January. We will be closing at 4.00pm on Christmas Eve and New Years Eve.
We are open as normal all other days.
