March & April Events at Speedgate

Saturday 19th March saw the first of our 2022 unaffiliated dressage shows get underway. It was good to see everyone coming back out and ready to head down those centre lines.

Towards the end of the class, was the turn of Kate Spellane and her ride, Mr Mo Jangles. This combination also completed their test to achieve a score of 65% and finished on the same collective score as Jemima, which meant that we had joint winners for the first class.

On Saturday 23rd April we held our British Dressage event with the return of the Freestyle classes. Amazing entries gave us a full day of competition from Prelims to Inter 1. It was lovely to see some familiar faces coming back out to compete and also some new combinations making long journeys, in which to compete with us for the very first time.

Freestyle classes will be included in all our weekend British Dressage events across the summer months.

Thank you to everyone that has come and competed and supported the shows over the last few weeks. Congratulations once again to all our deserving winners.

We look forward to hopefully seeing you all competing with us over the coming months.
