SMS Terms & Conditions

These Citrus-Lime Text Program Terms (“Terms”) apply to your use of Recreational Equipment, Inc.’s (“Citrus-Lime,” “we” or “us”) short message service, also referred to as SMS or text messaging. Your participation in any Citrus-Lime text message program constitutes your express consent to receive communications to your mobile phone and/or device and your acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the text message program by following the opt-out instructions below. 

Program Description 

Citrus-Lime offers one-time and recurring text message programs. By enrolling in a Citrus-Lime text message program, you consent to receive text messages sent by, or on behalf of, THE BIKE LAB at the mobile number to which you have directed Citrus-Lime to transmit these messages. 

The text message program offered by Citrus-Lime includes 2-way text messaging regarding the completion of a workshop job, any updates on your workshop job, or the arrival of your item in store, ready for you to pick up. 

You will be enrolled into the program at Point of Sale in the store, whenever you book a job into the workshop, or purchase an item that needs to be ordered into store. 

Opting In 

By providing your phone number or otherwise signing up for a text message program, you expressly consent to receive text messages which may be sent via an automated telephone dialling system. Consent to receiving these messages is not a condition of purchase. Further, you represent that you are the account holder, subscriber and/or customary user for the mobile number you enrol into the program. You are responsible for notifying Citrus-Lime immediately if you change your mobile number. 

Cost 

Standard text message and data rates may apply. These rates may be changed by your mobile carrier and payable by you to that carrier. Citrus-Lime does not impose a separate fee for sending text messages. 

Participating Carriers 

The content of these text messages may not be available and viewable on all carriers. Participating carriers include AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile®, Verizon Wireless, Virgin Mobile USA, U.S. Cellular®, Metro PCS, ACS Wireless, All West Wireless, Bluegrass, Boost USA, Cambridge Telecom, Cellcom, Cellular South, Centennial, Cincinnati Bell, Cricket Communications, Cellular One of East Central Illinois, Appalachian Wireless, Farmer’s Mutual Telephone Company, General Communications, Golden State Cellular, PC Management, Inland Cellular, Illinois Valley Cellular, Nex-Tech Wireless, Nucla-Naturita, nTelos, Revol, Silver Star PCS (Gold Star), Snake River PCS, South Central, Syringa, Thumb Cellular, UBET Wireless, Unicel, United Wireless, and West Central Wireless. 

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undeliverable messages. 

Message Frequency 

The number of Citrus-Lime text messages you receive will vary depending on how many of the Citrus-Lime text messaging programs you sign up to receive messages from. 

Opting Out 

You may opt-out of a Citrus-Lime text message program at any time. To opt-out, text STOP from the enrolled mobile device in response to a Citrus-Lime text message. A message confirming that you have opted-out of the applicable Citrus-Lime text messaging program will be sent to your mobile number. 

Help 

For help with a Citrus-Lime text messaging program, text HELP from the enrolled mobile device in response to a Citrus-Lime text message.
