Help and Advice
You will have an experienced and knowledgeable member of staff help talk you through the type of cycling you are going to do and help choose the right bike and size for your needs. We will help with brand comparison, sizing and the benefits of better specification and make choosing a bike a simpler and easier experience than the mine field of the internet.
It’s all done for you
Bikes arrive to us in a box. Bikes purchased on the internet arrive to you in a box. Here at Stows Cycles we build and service every bike we sell in store so you don’t have to worry whether you have the right tools in the garage or the mechanical ability and we do this for Free. And if you choose accessories to go with your new bike we’ll fit them for you.
The handover
Now your bike is all prepared and ready for you to ride away. But before that we will explain how your bike works and tips to look after it. We will adjust seat height and suspension set up and any questions you have we will answer and demonstrate so that when you leave us you feel confident.
Free 1st Service
Your new bike is mechanical item. This means that after a period of use brakes, gears and other components will settle down and bed in. It may seem that your new bike isn’t running as smoothly as when you first rode it. We know and expect that this will happen so we are giving you a voucher for a 1st Free service 6 – 8 weeks from purchase worth £50. Your bike will go through our workshop where our highly trained technicians will readjusted, lubricate and bolt check your bike again.

Buying through our online web shop with confidence
Sometimes we may have the bike you want but you are not easily able to get to us and we want you to feel confident when buying from us. If you are unsure you are making the right decision, call us, we are here to help and guide you in the same way as if you were instore.
Before we send your bike
Here at Stows Cycles we have gone the extra mile to try to ensure you have the minimum amount to do upon receiving your new bike so you can and get out riding and start the journey of enjoying your new bike.
Your bike will have had a complete PDI ( pre delivery inspection). By this we mean that your bike has been fully assembled, serviced by trained technicians and set up as if we are handing over in store ready for you to ride away.
We then carefully repack your bike, give you our own simple reassembly instructions and ship to you for next day delivery. And if you get stuck you can always contact us.
