After a stellar year in 2021 when we were delighted to win BETA Online Retailer of the Year and also come runners-up in the Equestrian Retail Store category, we’re super pleased we’ve been shortlisted for the awards again in 2022.
This year we’re thrilled that Tia Partington has been nominated for the Weatherbeeta Group Retail Employee of the Year award.
This prestigious award is given to employees showing ‘excellent customer service, great product knowledge and a passion for professional retailing’. In our opinion that describes Tia down to a tee!
She’s been working with the team at RB Equestrian since she was a shy sixteen year old. Now she’s an essential cog that keeps the whole machine running smoothly. Whether she’s keeping on top of your special order; helping you find the perfect riding hat; or just lending a sympathetic ear you can be sure she’s doing it with your best interest at heart.
We’re keeping everything crossed that she comes home with the award but regardless of the result we know that she’s a superstar!
