Endura are a brand that are well known for their high-performance mountain bike kit. As a brand that hails from Scotland (a country well known for it’s changeable weather) you would expect Endura to be the masters of developing kit for all conditions, and they certainly do deliver on that front.
We made our way down to the local woods with Jay & Lukas to shoot and showcase some of the latest Endura kit.
The guys were wearing a mix of the Singletrack & Humvee ranges. The Singletrack collection was created to satisfy the needs of every type of trail rider, with feature-rich, performance fabrics and a relaxed fit.
The Humvee range is the real do-it-all kit – from tearing up your local trails, to getting from A to B on your daily commute!
We were blessed with some lovely warm weather on the day which really highlighted how great the Endura kit is from a performance point of view. The breathable, moisture wicking fabrics of the Singletrack Fleece Jersey and Humvee Short Sleeve Jersey meant the guys stayed comfortable throughout the shoot.
Endura released their brand new footwear range this year, including the Humvee Flat Pedal Shoe and the MT500 Burner Clipless or Flat Shoe. Lukas commented straight away on how comfortable the Humvee shoe was. Plus they look great on or off the bike!
You can’t go wrong with the Endura Humvee Short. An iconic baggy short that features no less than 6 pockets – 2 rear velcro pockets, 2 zipped pockets and 2 thigh-pockets for those smaller items like keys or coins. They also come with a Clickfast Detachable Liner Short included for extra comfort on those long rides.
On the gloves front Endura can do no wrong. The Endura Humvee Plus Glove II is their best selling cycling glove that is suitable for all types of riding! Gel padding and a silicone grip palm provide effective grip and ergonomic comfort and the glove features a velcro adjuster strap at the wrist for extra security.
It was far too hot on the day to shoot the Humvee Windproof MTB Shell Jacket while riding, but it’s absolutely a firm favourite of ours and the perfect companion on the trails or in the city when the weather takes a turn for the worse.
