Spring is here and it’s time to crack out the shorts and short sleeved jerseys! Castelli have released their latest Spring/Summer collection and the key pieces are now in-stock at Balfe’s.
The eagle eyed amongst you will recognise our model – Zac our Hackney store Assistant Manager (and resident triathlete) very kindly offered to help us highlight some of our favourite Castelli picks. We took a wander down to local Victoria Park to take a few snaps.
Castelli Classifica Jersey
The Classifica is a short sleeved road cycling jersey designed for long days in the saddle. It combines a clean look with great performance and the micro-pique knit fabric offers fantastic moisture wicking with a soft feel. The fit is close-to-body as you’d expect, but does offer a bit more room than Castelli’s race kit making it comfortable for those long summers day rides.
Castelli Men’s Entrata Bib Shorts
The Entrata Bib Shorts are the perfect entry into the world of Castelli’s world famous cycling apparel and bring much of their decorated history and innovation together in a short that just works.
Crafted from Pro Dry matte Lycra these shorts will wick the moisture away on the warmer days and offer a good amount of compression/stretch.

Castelli Entrata V Gloves
The Castelli Entrata V Gloves offer great fit, comfort and grip.
The back of the gloves are made from a moisture-managing fabric to keep your hands dry when you’re working hard, and the micro swede thumb provides the ability to wipe away any sweat.
On the palm of the glove you’ll find medium-density foam to reduce bulk, and the Castelli Damping System (CDS) helps distribute pressure away from the median nerve to eliminate numbness in the hand after hours in the saddle!
